Admin & Settings

Tenant configuration, user management, roles, permissions, and billing — everything you need to manage your ArvoDocs workspace.

Organization settings

From Settings → Organization, configure:

  • Company name and logo
  • Default document numbering schema
  • Session timeout duration
  • Password complexity requirements
  • Notification preferences (global defaults)
  • Time zone and date format

User management

Invite users by email. Each user is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do in the system.

Admin

Full access to all settings, user management, and billing. Can configure workflows, compliance packs, and organization settings.

Quality User

Can create and manage documents, quality events, and suppliers. Can approve records when assigned as an approver.

Basic User

Can view documents and submit quality events. Cannot approve records or access admin settings.

User accounts can be deactivated (but not deleted — for audit trail integrity). Deactivated users lose access immediately but their historical actions remain in the audit log.

SSO & security

Enterprise plan customers can configure Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 or OIDC. SSO integrates with your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.) so users authenticate through your corporate login.

Billing

Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. View your current plan, update payment methods, download invoices, and add or remove user seats.

Plans

Starter (Free) — Up to 100 documents, 1 admin + 10 basic users

Scaling ($149/mo) — Unlimited documents, compliance packs, quality events, supplier management

Enterprise ($499/mo) — Everything in Scaling plus SSO, unlimited users, priority support
